Attendance Award

20/6/2024

We were delighted to reach our whole school attendance target for term 3 of 94.3%. All the pupils in the school enjoyed an ice cream and then the pupils in the Senior School played games with boys and girls in the Junior School as a treat. All the pupils really enjoyed their treat for their wonderful attendance. We hope to continue with excellent attendance next year. Thank you all for your support in achieving the target!

Teddy Bears' Picnic
20/6/2024

Junior Infants to 2nd Class pupils enjoyed a Teddy Bears' Picnic yesterday. Mrs. Hayes read a lovely story "Whatever Next!' to the children. Then they had a fashion parade with their teddies. We played musical statues too! Everyone had a great time!

JUNIOR SCHOOL SPORTS DAY
19/6/2024

Last Friday, Junior Infants to 2nd Class had a very active Sports Day. The boys and girls took part in a range of activities including an obstacle course, the parachute, Connect 4, basketball, penalty shoot out and the ever-thrilling races from the egg and spoon race to the sack race! We also did musical statues and some playground games. 1st and 2nd Class took part in Sports Quiz which demonstrated the great sporting knowledge in our school as it closely contested! 1st and 2nd Class concluded the afternoon with games of rounders, soccer and football. Everyone really enjoyed the day!

SENIOR SCHOOL TOUR
17/6/2024

The weather was in our favour as we travelled to Dunmore East Adventure Centre for the senior school tour of 2024. The children started the day by enjoying land based activities such as; rock-climbing, caving and archery. After lunch, it was time to get ready for the water based activities; kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fun on the wibit! We had a fantastic day!
