Books, Books and More Books in Junior Infants!

Junior Infants had an exciting story time today as a librarian, from Clonmel Library, read the 'Room on the Broom' to them. Each child received a wonderful selection of books as a gift to begin their lifelong journey of reading. We sincerely thank Tipperary Libraries for this thoughtful gesture to promote children's reading. We hope all the children enjoy reading these books at home. 

A TRIP TO THE LIBRARY

First and Second Class enjoyed a trip to the library after swimming today. They had story time with the librarian and afterwards they had the opportunity to chose some books to take home using their library cards.

Senior Infants and First Class have been enjoying Maths Stations with Mrs. Hayes and Ms. Walsh. They are really enjoying the counting activities and solving problems in their groups.

A very warm welcome to our sixteen new Junior Infant pupils. The Junior Infants are busy settling into our school and we hope they have a happy, fun-filled and productive year. 

SIXTH CLASS GRADUATION AND GOODBYE TO MARY

We had a prayer service today where we said farewell to sixth class. They were a fantastic class and we wish them all the best in secondary school. 
Congratulations to the boys and girls who received certs and vouchers as rewards for their excellent attendance.  
It was with great sadness that we said goodbye to our school secretary Mary after 16 years in St. Patrick's NS. Mary will be sadly missed by each and everyone of us. 
We would like to wish you all a happy and safe summer break.
