On Tuesday October 10th pupils from 2nd, 5th and 6th classes visited the Fethard Horse Country Experience. We met Mrs Healy who very kindly gave us a tour of the centre. We used the interactive screens to learn all about the history of Fethard as a Walled town. We also saw the skeleton of the famous racehorse, Sadlers Wells! Pupils thoroughly enjoyed learning about local history and the history of the horse in farming, military, hunting and racing.
