Gymnastics

We have been enjoying excellent gymnastics lessons with Niall from Kool School for the last 4 weeks. The children have been performing tumbles, cartwheels and doing handstands during the lessons. They did lots of movements and sequences including the crab, butterfly, plank, 'rock and roll' and the basket, to help strengthen their core and enhance their flexibility. The children have had the opportunity to practice their balance by walking on beams and standing like a flamingo. Each of the lessons are filled with fun and are engaging for the pupils.
Games club 2026

First and Second Class had great fun playing games with their friends after school every Wednesday for the last four weeks.
School chess club 2025
First and Second Class pupils have the opportunity to learn how to play chess with Mrs. Fitzgerald as part of 'Beginners Chess Club'. Everyone is having great fun learning how to play chess.
